Sparrow Clan

The sparrow clan are, as of this moment, not present in the Empire. When the Kami finally established their clans, the Sparrow set forth north and westward, looking for other civilizations that may exist beyond what was once considered an impassible expanse. One day they may return...in the meanwhile their lands are overseen by magistrates from the Ki-Rin, as well as a small family of their clan known as the Minamoto, whose job it is to keep track of everything that happens in the empire so when the rest of their clan returns, they will not be completely clueless as to what happened during their absence.

PCs need not apply to this clan, as it isn't quite open...yet.
